با استفاده از AIM Music، کاربر می‌پذیرد که از سرویس برای کشف، مدیریت و پخش محتوای مجاز استفاده کند و حقوق هنرمندان، ناشران و سایر صاحبان حق را رعایت کند.
حساب کاربری
کاربر مسئول حفظ امنیت اطلاعات ورود و فعالیت‌های انجام‌شده با حساب است. استفادهٔ غیرمجاز، خودکار یا مخرب از سرویس مجاز نیست.
محتوا و دسترسی
نمایش یا پخش هر اثر به وضعیت انتشار و حقوق آن وابسته است. AIM Music می‌تواند محتوای فاقد مجوز، ناقض حقوق یا ناامن را محدود یا حذف کند.
تغییرات
قابلیت‌ها و این شرایط ممکن است برای امنیت، انطباق یا بهبود سرویس به‌روزرسانی شوند. تاریخ مؤثر: ۲۰ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۶.
By using AIM Music, users agree to use the service for discovering, managing, and playing authorized content while respecting artists, publishers, and other rights holders.
Accounts
Users are responsible for protecting sign-in credentials and activity under their account. Unauthorized, automated, or harmful use is not permitted.
Content and access
Availability and playback depend on publication and rights status. AIM Music may restrict or remove unlicensed, infringing, or unsafe content.
Changes
Features and these terms may be updated for security, compliance, or service improvement. Effective date: September 20, 2026.
